In my bachelor's thesis, I created curtains for the apartment where I spent the whole coronavirus pandemic. I found inspiration not only in the interior of this apartment, but also in the work of Henri Matisse and other painters under the influence of Fauvism and their use of wild saturated colour.
The inspiration was spending time in one apartment. In it, I illustrated individual things on textiles and paper. Due to duplication of and different views of the same object, using imagination and playfulness with repeating patterns, individual curtains were created. Some designs were made by hand painting with screen-printing colors, others by digital print of my drawings.
